
Vivian Banta, Life and Transition Coach
Vivian Banta (MBA/Coach U CTP Grad) is a life and transition coach who works with people who want to fully engage in their lives or who are experiencing changes such as relocation, career shifts, and personal relationship changes.
In her coaching, Vivian calls upon a rich landscape of life and work experiences to bring a unique, yet complementary, perspective to her clients. She is generous, creative, highly principled, and a strong listener.
Vivian’s frequent moves and career flexibility have given her the perfect combination of skills to work with people in transition. Born in Tokyo, Japan, Vivian formed her roots in the multicultural border town of El Paso, Texas. Opportunities have taken her around the globe to live and work in Pennsylvania, South and North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, London, England and Moscow, Russia.
Vivian earned her M.B.A. in Multinational and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina and her B.S. in Economics with a focus in Multinational and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate of CoachU’s Training Program, Vivian is working toward her ICF credential.
Vivian enjoys being creative, whether it is expressed through crafting, cross-stitching, jewelry making or reading and writing science fiction. She loves experiencing new things such as ethnic foods, going to the movies and traveling. She revels in environments and situations that engage all of her senses and allow her to be present in the moment.
