Living in Moscow, I don’t really have the opportunity to enjoy great Mexican food unless I cook it myself. So, on a visit back to the US, I really looked forward to having one of my favorite dishes at a wonderful local restaurant, “Carnitas Queretaro”, in my hometown of El Paso.
